• 3-5 years of experience in project management/ product development in payments / banking / fintech industry;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A decision oriented attitude with strong analytical and project management skills;
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies;
• Advanced English level;
• Ability to work independently and adaptable to dynamic and changing priorities;
• A conscientious, ambitious team player, with good self-management skills and an ability to take initiative, share knowledge and collaborate effectively;
• Resilience to stress and commitment to deadlines.

Responsabilități

This is a full-time hybrid Bucharest based role for a Project Management Officer (PMO). The Project Management Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring project progress.
